We always invest our own funds into a project to reduce risk to our investors and demonstrate full commitment to ensuring our projects are successful.

We offer investment on a fixed return basis, which can be completely hands-off (where we do all of the hard work for you), or if you are interested in learning more about property, you can invest on an earn-and-learn basis.  Typically we require funds to be invested for a minimum 12 month period depending on the specific project.
